STUDY GROUPS

Learning to be like jesus

Study groups meet to learn more about God and the Bible all for the purpose of becoming more like Jesus. Usually a specific topic or book of the Bible is what brings these groups together. There are certainly social and communal aspects to these groups, but they have a much more structured feel. They will often include required reading and study outside the meeting times.

LIFE APPS & PREPARED

ANDY STANLEY

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 AM, September 12 - November 14

Facilitator:  George Bridges & Jason Lind

Cost: none

No need to register. Simply show up!

LIFE APPS

There are hundreds of thousands of phone apps available for download. These apps can be used to wake you up, to show you where to shop, to help you count calories, or to log your exercise minutes. But they can't actually make you get up, control your spending, manage your diet, or force you to exercise.

The App Store isn't the only place you can find apps. Did you know that the Bible has also given us many "apps" to enhance and improve our lives? In this series, Life Apps, Andy Stanley and Jeff Henderson identify five life applications worth living by.

PREPARED

We've all been there. Somebody makes a derogatory comment about faith, the Bible, or Christianity. You know you should say something. But what? What do you say when there's little time and even less interest?

Glad you asked. In this series, Andy Stanley prepares believers to respond quickly and respectfully to any question regarding faith, the Bible, and Christianity.

SHAKEN & Unstuck

TIM TEBOW          Francis Chan

Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 PM, August 23 - October 11

Facilitator:  Tim Roegner

Cost: none

No need to register. Simply show up!

SHAKEN

Most of us have been on the receiving end of rejection, a broken dream, or heartbreak. And while this is not an easy space to go through, when we are grounded in the truth, we can endure the tough times. Tim Tebow, Heisman Trophy winner, shares his life journey, what he has learned along the way and how he has stayed grounded in the face of disappointment, criticism, and intense media scrutiny in this powerful 4-session study.  This moving series features practical wisdom from Scripture and insights gained from others who have impacted Tebow in life-changing ways.

Though traveling hard roads is not easy, it's always worth it!

UNSTUCK

Are you stuck in a rut?

It's easy for Christians to find themselves caught up in the life of cluttered schedules, rhythms, and routines dictated by our culture. Many feel stuck in the routine of life—their jobs, relationships, and daily circumstances. They know it's not the life they dreamed of. And they feel stuck in a life yearning for deeper meaning. In this study we'll be moving from the mundane to the meaningful.
