CHILDCARE COORDINATOR


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Remote work includes: recruit babysitters and complete appropriate paperwork upon

hire, communicate weekly with babysitters to ensure adequate staffing, assign babysitters to

appropriate rooms, track babysitter hours worked and prepare payroll, and maintain rosters of children requiring care. On-site work includes: set up electronics for check-in; set up each room with rosters, snacks, and appropriate toys; coordinate a story and craft, and assist with child care as needed. Proficiency in electronic communication, as well as in either Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) or Google Office. Background check required.

HOURS REQUIRED:

Thursdays, approximately 3 hours onsite plus 1 – 2 hours remote. 

Days/Time: Thursdays 8:15 am -11:30 am, plus set-up and put away time, weekly.

Program year: January through May

Compensation: $17/hour.
