CHILDCARE COORDINATOR


SUMMARY

Childcare Coordinator for Thursday (and possibly Wednesday) morning women’s programs, including

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), MOMSNext (Mothers of school-aged children), and possibly Bible

studies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Remote work includes: recruit babysitters and complete appropriate paperwork upon

hire, communicate weekly with babysitters to ensure adequate staffing, assign babysitters to

appropriate rooms, track babysitter hours worked and prepare payroll, and maintain rosters of children

requiring care. On-site work includes: set up electronics for check-in; set up each room with rosters,

snacks, and appropriate toys; coordinate a story and craft, and assist with child care as needed.

Proficiency in electronic communication, as well as in either Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) or

Google Office.

HOURS REQUIRED:
If Thursdays only, approximately 3 hours onsite plus 1 – 3 hours remote. If both

Thursday and Wednesday, approximately 6 hours onsite plus 1 – 6 Hours remote.

Days/Time: Thursdays 8:45-11:15, plus set-up and put away time, weekly. Possibly Wednesdays, same

timing.

Program year: September through May

Compensation: $17/hour.

This position may be shared. Compensation for job sharing is $15/hour each
