ICKIDS

BIRTH-5TH GRADE

We can't wait to partner with your family to lay a solid spiritual foundation for your children! Programs are available in-person and are filled with exciting games, engaging worship, and Biblical teaching.

First time at Immanuel? Stop at the First Time Guest Station. We will meet your family, check your child into our database system, and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

  • SUNDAYS | BIRTH-5 YEARS

    9 & 11 AM

In our preschool ministry your child will begin the exciting journey of discovering eternal treasures that are found in God’s Word, the Bible. Each Sunday, your child will participate in hands-on learning, fun worship songs, puppets, Bible lessons, and more, to help create a very interactive and teachable time.

  • SUNDAYS | GRADES K-5

    9 & 11 AM

Students begin their time in Discovery Land with worship. Following worship, students are divided into small groups for class time, a Bible lesson, and interactive learning. These lessons are developed to help icKids build a solid Biblical worldview, and apply their faith to their lives. Casual attire and comfortable shoes are recommended. Children are encouraged to bring an NIV Bible.

  • OASIS | SPECIAL NEEDS

    AVAILABLE SUNDAYS

icKids offers special needs accommodations! We know one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to a child’s needs, but we do know every child belongs here! That’s why we do our best to provide customized experiences for every child. From simple accommodations like weighted blankets or headphones to more customized adaptations such as 1:1 buddies or our sensory friendly classroom, we are excited to help.

our prayer for Ickids

Proverbs 2:1-11

My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding - indeed, if you call it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the LORD and find the knowledge of God. For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright, He is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for He guards the course of the just and protects the way of His faithful ones. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair - every good path. For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul. Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you.

Why do we take Children's Ministry so serious?

  • Studies have shown that the majority of those who follow Jesus choose to do so between the ages of four and 14, often called the 4/14 window. God clearly works in and through the childhood years.
  • In 2 Timothy 3:15, God's Word teaches us that learning Scripture at an early age has an impact: "And how from infancy you have made known the Holy Scriptures that will make you wise for salvation."
  • Satan is always on the prowl, looking to turn kids away from God and turn their hearts cold. When we share truth, we push back the darkness (1 Peter 5:8).
  • If we neglect teaching our children, the next generation will have stubborn hearts towards God and truth. Nations fall from within when they don't know God (Psalm 78:8).
